About Us

DOING IT STRONGER SINCE 2010

Beyond Limits is owned and operated by Rich Lauro & includes locations in Columbus, Ohio and Orlando, Florida.  His lifelong passion for health and fitness includes 20 plus years of personal training and competition coaching experience.

Rich is a professional natural bodybuilder who has competed in the WNBF, USBF and NPC with state and national titles.  Rich finished 3rd at the WNBF World Championships. He has coached over thousands of athletes in bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting and CrossFit.

​​

Rich and his Beyond Limits team have a passion for strength and fitness.  The gym should not have any boundaries or limits of function based on a change of training style, but rather include all the tools that can keep you staying fit, strong and functional as long as humanly possible.
