We offer weightlifting classes and 1-on-1 coaching at our Beyond Limits Training & CrossFit Extremity location in Reynoldsburg. Moving barbells around with greater strength, power and explosiveness not only improves the athletic ability of our younger athletes, but also maintains the athleticism of our more mature athletes. Whether you compete in weightlifting, enjoy moving the barbell around for fun or what to learn how; you are welcome!
Drop in’s are welcome for snatch, clean, jerk, squat and deadlift work.
We also offer Weightlifting Fundamentals on Thursdays at 6:30-7:30pm for introductory weightlifting and CrossFit weightlifting on Saturdays at 9am.
Club Membership = $140 month-to-month (includes gym membership, training & programming)

Weightlifting is a core component of our program at CrossFit Extremity. We want all of our CrossFit members to have the most efficient and strong technique possible to maximize our fitness. This is we offer both class and private weightlifting instruction, as well as offer weightlifting fundamentals to our new members!
BEYOND LIMITS DOWNTOWN
Both our Reynoldsburg and downtown Columbus locations are open 24/7 with access to platforms, weightlifting barbells, bumpers plates and jerk blocks. While our downtown location does not offer weightlifting classes, private 1-on-1 training can be provided.
Ryan Davis - Head Barbell Coach
USAW Sports Performance Coach & NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (fall 2016). Graduate of Pickerington North and studied Exercise Physiology at Ohio University. Competitive Olympic-style weightlifter since 2013 with 5 competitions in the 85/94kg class including Strongest Unicorn, Ohio State and Arnold meets. Ryan works with clients ranging from youth to seniors.
USAW Sports Performance Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer & CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. Rich has been coaching powerlifting and general fitness training since 2003. In 2012, he began weightlifting and coaching weightlifting as CrossFit grew at Beyond Limits Training.
USAW Sports Performance Coach & ACSM Certified Personal Trainer at our downtown location. Lauren joined Beyond Limits in 2012 and has been coaching athletes and general fitness clients to improve strength, conditioning & fitness. Her experience can help both the competitive athlete and fitness enthusiast improve their weightlifting.
