Strength & Conditioning classes focuses on developing both strength and conditioning utilizing basic power lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift), olympic movements (snatch, clean & jerk), body weight movements (pushup, pullup, row, situp, etc.) and high intensity conditioning (box jump, kettlebells, burpees, etc).
