Nate KB_Swing_medStrength & Conditioning classes focuses on developing both strength and conditioning utilizing basic power lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift), olympic movements (snatch, clean & jerk), body weight movements (pushup, pullup, row, situp, etc.) and high intensity conditioning (box jump, kettlebells, burpees, etc).  These classes are progressive, so we encourage regular attendance to continue improving strength, conditioning and skill level.  Beginners are welcome!

Thursdays at 11:30am

Fridays at 5:30pm

Strength & Conditioning = 1 for $10, 5 for $45, 10 for $80 & 20 for $120.  Unlimited class members from CrossFit Extremity may drop in.  Contact Us to drop in or inquire about classes!
