Mid-Year PR Day – July 7

Due to popular demand, we are bringing back our PR Day for a Mid-Year edition on Saturday, July 7 at noon.  We held a similar event in January with all levels of gym members and friends tested the squat, bench press and deadlift for a 1-rep maximum.  This will be a free Open House event for all gym members, friends and new visitors.

Please RSVP to either our Facebook Event or by emailing rich@richbodyfit.com.  You may do one, some or all three lifts.  The event will run until everyone finishes all three lifts.  Three attempts will be allowed at one-rep maximums plus warm-ups.  Click here to check out the 2012 New Year’s PR Day photos.

Strongman & Strongwoman Saturdays

In the spirit of our PR Day and all things strength related we are bringing back a mini-series of Strongman and Strongwoman Saturdays totally FREE!  The basis of these will be focusing on teaching, practicing and testing the squat, bench press and deadlift as well as other fun Strongman implements.  The events will be scored for fun and to bring out our own personal best!

This will be great functional strength work and will boost your PR numbers for July!  Please RSVP as mentioned above for these great practices!
