strongman trainingBeyond Limits features Strongman and Strongwoman training for fun, training and competition.  Strongman training includes basic strength movements such as the squat, bench press and deadlift as well as traditional strongman movements such the overhead press, tire flip, sled work, carries and other athletic movements  Strength, conditioning and skill work are blended into these 90 minute sessions that cost only $15.
