Beyond Limits Training provides the best in strength training and weightlifting coaching, as well as speed and conditioning training.  Our team of coaches are dedicated to helping our athletes improve, work hard and have fun to excel in their sports!

WEIGHTLIFTING

Our weightlifting coaches work on building the squat, deadlift and press for improved strength and power.  We also teach olympic-style weightlifting with our USAW sports performance coaches to improve speed and explosiveness.

STRENGTH TRAINING

At Beyond Limits we want our athletes to be stronger to improve athletic ability and reduce the risk of injury.  We work on building functional strength utilizing both free weights, bodyweight training and other athletic training tools.

CONDITIONING & SPEED

We teach our athletes to work hard!  We not only want them to be fast, but also to have cardiovascular, aerobic and muscular endurance.

OUR TRAINERS

Our CrossFit Kids Preschool (3-5), Kids (5-12) and Teens (12-18) can be a perfect offseason program for your children and student athletes!  We focus on improving general physical preparedness through strength training, weightlifting, constantly varied conditioning & gymnastics skill work.  In a sports culture where overuse injury and athlete burnout is far too common, our CrossFit program strives to combat these issues by making our children more well rounded and having fun!
