Beyond Limits believes firmly in utilizing compound, functional movements such as the squat, press and deadlift for improving both strength and body composition. Twice per year in January and July we gather to test our one rep maximum (1RM) strength in the squat, benchpress and deadlift with staff, members and friends in hope of a Personal Record (PR). We also have regular Strongman, Strength & Conditioning classes weekly and other events depending on the season. Contact Us to join in!
